SHRED 7 - GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

SHRED 7 is an innovative, 7 week, group Personal Training programme, that produces INCREDIBLE fat-loss transformations

SHRED 7 is suitable for those wishing to:

  • Get in shape for the summer
  • Push their fat burning capabilities to the limit
  • Dramatically improve their health and fitness
  • Exercise with like minded people
  • Learn about different workout techniques using the latest equipment
  • Have fun whilst burning calories

You will have a total of 7 group personal training sessions (1 per week) and all workouts will be held at our private gym in Redcar

The time slots available are:

  • Tues 5.00-5.45pm
  • Tues 5.45-6.30pm
  • Tues 6.30-7.15pm

  • Wed 7.30-8.15am
  • Wed 5.00-5.45pm
  • Wed 5.45-6.30pm
  • Wed 6.30-7.15pm
