Each fun and unique workout will be tailored to achieving your goals and your targets, outlined before we commence.
Don’t be surprised if you are using equipment you have never used before and doing exercises you have never done before.
I want you to walk away from our workouts feeling invigorated!
Personal Training will obviously include the exercise element, but I will also make sure you have a firm understanding on nutrition, rest and recovery.
In addition, I will provide advice on any activities you can be doing outside of our sessions to complement your goals.
No stone will be left unturned in our Personal Training sessions.
Personal Training is for all ages and abilities.
You can exercise on your own, or if you wish to spread the cost, with family, friends or partners.
Personal Training sessions can be purchased as single workouts, or in blocks of 10/20.
Your appointments with me will be booked at a time that suits your schedule and your commitments.
Personal Training sessions will be held at Troy Lake Personal Training HQ, located in Redcar and Cleveland.
My own private gym boasts all the latest fitness equipment, in order for you to reach your health and fitness goals.
