Sarah's main goals were to lose weight and learn to enjoy exercise.

"1st picture was taken on 09/01/17 before starting my diet. 2nd picture I took this morning (09/04/17) and I've lost over 4 stone! I set a target for 3 stone in 3 months and I've totally passed that! I still have a way to go but I'm happy with how far I've come! I can't believe I let myself get so big! In fact I'm disgusted in myself! But the only way is up now! A big thanks to Troy for your great advice and training, I wouldn't be where I am without your help!".

After just 2 weeks of training with Troy, I started to see great results and felt 100% better in myself and for the first time, actually looking forward to training and building my strength and stamina.
