When Michelle first came to me, she was exercising but not as regularly as she is now. Her goals were slightly different to most of my female clients in that she wanted to improve her strength and gain some lean muscle. Michelle gives 110% whether its flipping a truck tyre, lifting more than her own body weight or infinite press ups!
