Kylie has trained with me on a 121 basis and also with her friend Emma. She has attended Fit Farm and she has more recently signed up to Shred 7 Group Personal Training. Kylie was already in good shape when she came to me, we just needed to tighten up her diet and improve her training in order for her to achieve her goals.
