Kay started training with me after coming to one of my Fit Farm sessions with a friend. They were both hooked after their first Personal Training appointment and decided to book 9 more sessions. Kay and Jade are two of the most down to earth clients I've had and they really work hard towards their goals. Kay's results have been fantastic and she continues to work even harder in pursuit of her next goal. Great job Kay!
