Claire's goals were to lose weight and tone up...

I started attending Troy's SHRED 7 Group Personal Training sessions at the beginning of the year feeling very apprehensive as I walked in. As soon as I met Troy this completely changed and he made me feel comfortable whilst pushing me to keep going and do my best always. I now attend shred 7 and ABS class and each week I see my fitness improving and I think that's down to the fact I look forward to classes each week as they are filled with variety and never the same. I’ve dropped two dress sizes and I’m slowly getting my confidence back to wear fitted thank you Troy!

For any new fitness goal I have, I wouldn't consider training with anyone else other than Troy.
