Carole and Vicky - Weight Loss

Carole and Vicky - Before and after

Mother and daughter duo Carole and Vicky Nixon are perfect examples of how hard work and dedication can transform your life. Before training with myself, Carole struggled to walk properly and getting up and down the stairs was a struggle. As a 62 year old busy business woman, owner of Redcar Letting and Sales Ltd, Carole never thought she would be able to lose as much weight as she has. After training with myself for the past year 1-2 times per week, Carole’s health has improved tremendously. As well as better health and fitness, Carole has shed 4 stone, going from a dress size 20 to a size 12! Daughter Vicky, 24, has also embarked on the fitness journey with her Mum and experienced the positive effects; losing weight, toning up and improving her fitness dramatically. Vicky has gone from a size 12 to a size 6 and has lost 2 stone!

Carole said: “As a busy mum of 6 and grandmother of 5, whilst also running my own business, my diet and exercise has always taken a back seat. Since I started focussing on my health and fitness, the results have been life changing. I used to struggle getting up and down and now I’m running! - Something I never thought I’d do! People have also said I look 10 years younger! Troy makes exercise fun - one week we will be playing ‘workout bingo’ and the next it will be a tough Boxercise session. It just goes to show, that if I can do it, anyone can spare the time to get fit! Your health shouldn’t come second best.”

Vicky said: “When Mum and I first started training with Troy, we were both looking to lose weight and tone up, but didn’t expect to do it so quickly. It has been great to see my Mum lose so much weight. She’s much more confident; buying clothes she never thought she would and fitting into boots she hasn’t been able to in 30 years! Troy has helped our whole family, he's educated us about what foods to eat so now there is always something healthy on the table at home.”
