Carly is one half of my 'Power Couple'. She trains with her partner Kris, who has also achieved some amazing results. They are now more commonly known as 'Mr and Mrs Fit'. Carly, like a lot of my other clients, likes the occasional wine (or a sherry around Christmas time) and I thought I would have my work cut out trying to get her to reduce her alcohol intake. Over the last few months she has made a conscious effort to reduce the wine and pay more attention to her training. She has come on leaps and bounds lately and she looks fantastic! Not only does she train hard when she is with me, but she also works extremely hard outside of our sessions. I know it can sometimes be hard to find the motivation to exercise after having children, but I feel Carly's transformation will inspire a lot of people! Great job Carly!
