When Becky first came to me, she was someone who took part in the occasional fitness class, but she was by no means a 'gym bunny'. Fast forward a year, she's still training with me and she's also just qualified as a Personal Trainer herself! Becky is a pleasure to work with, she is dedicated, motivated and does everything I ask...apart from stop eating cake!

Initially I started with Troy to tone up and lose weight for my holidays, but I found his sessions so beneficial that I decided to carry on seeing him weekly after the holiday was over! Alongside his training sessions, he also provides nutritional guidance which I find really helpful as i'm someone who used to struggle with knowing what foods to eat. I would recommend him to anyone, male or female at any fitness level, as he tailors each session to suit your individual needs. The only regret I have is not hiring him sooner."
