Anthony started one to one Personal Training with me in order to increase his lean muscle mass, reveal abs, improve strength and learn more about health and fitness. He is very keen to learn and is always asking questions about exercise and the gym. His sessions have consisted mainly of weight training, but we have also carried out a number of body weight sessions, TRX sessions and circuit style sessions. No matter what type of session we are doing, he always puts 110% into it! Anthony is a fantastic client.
