Alex was a regular gym goer before he came to me, but he wanted to take his training to the next level and that's exactly what we did. He takes his training very seriously. He is keen to learn and is always asking me questions on how he can better himself both in and out of our sessions.
"I'm the type of person to be skeptical about getting advice from others regarding my training. However, having being training for so long, I felt it was time to step out of my comfort zone and get the push and motivation required to achieve my desired shape and fitness. I booked in for a session with Troy having no idea what to expect. When I arrived, Troy was straight to the point with his introduction and what I can expect from him. I literally don't think I’ve ever had to work so hard in my life, but as the saying goes, 'no pain no gain'. All throughout the session, Troy held a very kind and professional manner about himself. What I gather of Troy is his attention to detail and his none stop need to want to help and get you to where you want to be. Troy is a very outspoken guy and if you’re not doing what he thinks is your best, he will tell you straight out and make you work harder. He also has plenty of knowledge to share, which overwhelmed me massively and gave me huge confidence in him. All I can say is, I wish I had started with Troy sooner!"
