You ARE good enough!

Do you consistently measure yourself against standards that are impossible to meet?

I get it

I've done it and probably still do it to a certain extent

The desire for success is part of our nature

Many of us are driven to reach greater and greater heights, which can lead to personal success

Great expectations can indeed lead to great rewards

However to lead a life that is both successful and fulfilling, our standards of success must be realistic and we must be able to enjoy and be grateful for, our achievements

"We need to ground our dreams in reality and appreciate our accomplishments"

From a fitness perspective...

...Do you ever find yourself scrolling through pictures of models with 6 packs and muscles on their muscles?

STOP!

The chances are, the people in the photos don't even look like that!

They are no doubt heavily photoshopped

Instead of focussing on looking like a fitness model, try focussing on doing a few more press ups, losing some body fat or running longer <<< celebrate the 'littler' wins and change your idea/concept of what 'success' is!

PS Don't compare yourself to others...

...If you have your head in other peoples business/life, no one is taking care of yours!

I have varied between very big and reasonably small over the years, but this is the first time I have ever had the support to do it sensibly and sustainably and its thirty years since I felt this fit!
