Yes, thank GOD it's Friday because...

...I have ANOTHER workout for you

I'm hearing a lot of people are actually printing out my e-mails now, or saving them to their phones, just so they can do the workouts

Therefore, I thought I would help you guys out again

Here it today's workout that is guaranteed to get your heart racing and your body sweating:

Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

50 star jumps 50 mountain climbers 50 ab bikes

I'm calling this 'power 50'
