Nutrition habits to stay lean and healthy FOREVER!

Habit 1 - Eat every 4 hours Regular meals will reduce hunger and limit any food cravings

Habit 2 - Every meal must contain protein Benefits include increased satiety & more muscle mass

Habit 3 - Eat veggies at each meal Cover at least a third of your plate with veggies

Habit 4 - Eat a mix of healthy fats daily Benefits include hormone productions, cell membrane health & absorption of vitamins

Habit 5 - Consume low GI (oats, basmati rice, sweet potato) carbs Benefits include healthy thyroid output and better sleep
