I'm sorry, but this cant 'weight'

This morning, in between clients, I hit a beautiful weight-training session, and I thought I would share it with you lovely people!

After all, a lot of what I post in here tends to be about body-weight and things you can do at home

So, this one is for you gym goers!

Grab a barbell...

Barbell Back Squats 5 sets of 5 reps Barbell Deadlifts 5 sets of 5 reps Barbell Bench Press 5 sets of 5 reps

Wide Grip Chins & Tricep Dips 3 sets of 8 reps as a superset (do both exercises back to back and then rest)

Abdominal Wheel Rollouts 3 sets of 8 reps
