Do you constantly find yourself snacking?

That could be down to a variety of reasons from not getting enough protein in your diet... you generally being a bit of a greedy pig! ;-)

Cottage/feta cheese Greek yog Avocado (without the cape) Berries Olives Tomatoes Salami Mackerel Sardines Tuna Mussels Cockles Eggs Seeds Nuts Beef jerky Nut butters Spinach Leek Kale Celery Asparagus

The list is endless, but unfortunately, that's all you're getting out of me as I have to dash...
